Rigging Services

Masts and Rigging
New Masts are normally supplied as a replacement to an existing mast, damaged mast or one beyond its life expectancy. We can supply virtually any mast available in today’s market place including:- Selden, Z-Spars, Sparcraft. These rigs can be built using equipment from any of the major manufacturers including Lewmar, Harken and Navtec. Naturally we can step and set up your mast to provide optimum performance.

New Standing and Running Rigging
We offer a full supply and fit service in respect of shrouds, halyards and other rigging. From standard wire, dyform or rod rigging to existing or new masts. We supply rope from Marlow and Liros, spliced in-house to your requirements.

Rig Inspections
Rig Inspections are important for maintaining the overall safety and performance of your vessel. We provide a thorough rig inspection service that aims to find faults such as stress cracking, worn parts and also to check for general wear and tear. Any faults or potential failures will be reported back to you in the form of a written rig report.

When should I have an Inspection?
Ideally you should have your rig un-stepped within the first three years of ownership of a new yacht. For re-owned yachts it is advisable to have your rig un-stepped and checked soon after purchase.
